Fares and Cancellation Policy
Smart Offer for 1-day tours non-refundable*.Comfort Offer for 1-day tours refundable within 24 hours before departure.Flex Offer for multi-day tours. After receiving the quote, a non-refundable* deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount has to be sent to book.Open Offer for Open Tours. A non-refundable* deposit of usually 75,00€ has to be sent to confirm the subscription.
*Refunds are only given if the tour is cancelled due to expected severe weather and at the discretion of Freemotion Trekking Italia.
Services - Legend of the icons
Professional guide. All our tours are led by professional guides who are qualified to let people hike safely.
Accommodation. For all multi-day tours, accommodation is always included in the price and booked by us. The level of accommodation is standard but can be of higher quality if you ask us in advance.
Pick-up & drop-off. We pick up (and drop off) our guests for tours in the Dolomites, Glaciers and Lake Garda. The pick-up area is indicated in orange on the map on each tour page. If you are outside of the indicated area, we can pick you up for a small additional charge.
Equipment. If you need a proper backpack or if you are used to hiking with poles/sticks but you do not have enough space in your luggage, tell us in advance and we will bring you the requested equipment for free. For winter tours, hiking poles/sticks and snowshoe/micro crampons are always included.
Luggage storage. Especially for multi-day excursions, guests ask us if we can keep their extra luggage in a safe place.
Private tour. After booking, our availability becomes \"locked\" and no one else can participate.
Tour customization. We customize all tours to better suit your needs. Depending on your fitness level and experience, we will find the best tour for you.
Logistic support. For multi-day tours, we help you to better plan the logistics of getting to the meeting place and back home. Searching for trains, buses, parking lots, hotels is always a waste of time if you don't know the area, so we help you!
Different fares. For this tour we offer two different fares (refundable up to 24 hours in advance or non-refundable).
Online booking. You can book this tour online without the need to contact us. Payment by credit cards is provided by PayPal without the need to open an account.
